A message to our new and existing partners.

The Finset team are fully operational and working from home.

We would like to take this opportunity to outline what the team have put into place to make both you and your customers journey seamless;

 

For you, the dealer:

·       Calls will still dial through to our office number, but our intelligent system then diverts all calls without delay through to staff mobiles, these mobiles will then all ring at the same time (this will avoid being left on hold)

·       Our system allows us to transfer calls across to other members of the team’s mobiles seamlessly.

·       Out going calls from staff mobiles show up with the Finset office number (to avoid any confusion over who is calling)

·       Staff all have high powered laptops that they have been using in the office now at home. These laptops have all the software and access to the lenders that we require. This enables us to conduct business as normal.

·       Staff can print, scan and forward emails as if they were in the office.

·       Staff are all connected via video link and can liaise with each other uninterrupted.

·       All files are on a secured shared drive and can be accessed by any member of the team

  

For your customers:

 

·       They will assume they are calling into the office as normal

·       All calls will be recorded to remain compliant and to avoid ambiguity

·       When ringing in we can seamlessly transfer calls to other staff without having to redial.

·       We can send customers documents and print off any proofs.

·       All documentation will be filed onto our secured internal servers

·       We will maintain a smooth customer journey through to vehicle ownership.
